Refund/Returns/Exchange:
If you are not satisfied with your DinkyDanky.com on-line purchase you may return the goods within 14 working days from the day you received the product. (Please note: You are responsible for returning the items within 14 calendar days of cancelling – Terms in line with consumer contracts regulation)
Exchange: If you buy a single product and it is not what you were expecting or for any other reason (e.g Birthday Gift) we may at management discretion offer an exchange of product. You may be asked to pay the difference if an item is priced higher than what you paid for your initial purchase. To enquire about a product exchange you must contact us within 14 days of purchase. You will need to provide full purchase details and Order Number.
Please Note: Promotional and customised or made to order items cannot be returned for a refund unless the product is deemed faulty after inspection by DinkyDanky.com, in line with our warranty Terms and conditions. All Packaged Product Deals and Offer purchases are classed as one overall product, you will need to send back all product items which were included in the Package or Offer . If after a 60 day period from your initial transaction you are offered a partial or full refund for any reason agreed between customer and DinkyDanky.com you must agree that you will have to use or set up a paypal account in order to receive the refund.
- Product must be returned unused with all parts present, undamaged in its original packaging with labels still attached.
- Customers returning products not in the original condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 30% of the total amount of the original purchase price.
- Please Note : Customers are responsible for the return postage and packaging cost.
How to receive a refund on your DinkyDanky product:
Please email us first with reason you are looking refund, include your order number and date of purchase. We will reply with Return information :
You will then have to Return Ship your DinkyDanky Product, and include the following:
- Note with reason for Refund
- Your Name, order number, email address, Phone number and Your Address.
- Ship the full package to: (Return address given in contact email)
- Refund will be issued within 14 calendar days after the product is returned and inspected as satisfactory to terms & Conditions. (Terms in line with Consumer Contracts Regulations)
 Note: Items purchased from an Authorised retailer must be returned to the place of purchase.
12 Month Product Guarantee
Here at DinkyDanky.com we pride ourselves on our excellent craftmanship and design which is why all of our products come with a 12 month guarantee. In the unlikely event, that there is a fault or a problem within this time, please contact us providing your order number and pictures of your product displaying the fault.
Your 12-month guarantee will cover defective parts or problems with workmanship. However, it will not cover any damage caused by improper use, accidents, rough handling, poor maintenance, ordinary wear and tear, use of the equipment outside off the max design weight or products that have not been assembled properly. We hope you understand that as wood is a natural product, and no two trees are alike, there may be possible differences in the appearance of your product than those pictured on out site. For example, knots, natural blemishes and colour may vary slightly in your products. Also, on some products, the process of plywood production includes the removal of knots from the wood surface. These are replaced with what are called Jigsaw pieces, this is normal and a result of the product being natural. These characteristics are no reason for complaints and therefore not covered in the guarantee.
In the event of missing parts or a damaged product, please contact us to arrange replacements. We strongly advise you to never carry out repairs yourself by supplying your own fittings or material, as this will invalidate the guarantee.
Your statutory consumer rights will not be affected.
If within 12 Months from receiving your products we have received the requested information of a fault occurring, we may ask for products to be returned for assessment first, we will ask for you to arrange delivery of the affected products at your cost. Should we find that the fault was present at the time you took ownership of the product, we will refund these costs & the original delivery cost.
If a product is returned for assessment, and if it is found to be faulty, we will offer to replace, or repair your product. If repairs/ replacements aren’t done to your satisfaction, we ask that you contact us within 30 days of receiving the returned or repairs product/s to arrange a refund and return.
